JOHN BURNS John has worked within the Criminal Justice field for fifteen years, dating back to 1980 when he joined the United States Army and served for 9 years as a Military Policeman. He has also worked for the Florida and Texas Departments of Criminal Justice. In Texas, he was a sergeant responsible for 2400 inmates' security and safety. While serving in Texas, he was elected as President of the Texas Correctional Officers Union. After leaving Criminal Justice, he became President and CEO of two major manufacturers with employees that numbered into the hundreds. In 2008, John retired at the age of 45 with his goals in life completed. One year later, he decided he wanted to help people and purchased several bail bond companies. His vision for the bail bond company was to turn them into "state of the art" processing centers to facilitate quick bail bonds. In the first year, John tripled the amount of bonds written and went from one bail bond agent to an entire team with four Arizona offices and three mobile truck offices. John currently holds three degrees, an Associates in Law Enforcement, a Bachelors in Criminal Justice, and a Masters in Criminal Justice. LISA BURNS Lisa, the wife of John Burns for over 20 years, is our Chief Bonding Officer. At the age of 21, she graduated from nursing school and was employed on a cancer floor where she worked for several years. Lisa has worked with John since leaving the hospital as his right hand. She is caring, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to help you. They have 3 children together that are all in college, one in law school, one in paralegal studies, and one in criminal justice studies.
